Wild Structure...Melon Mosaic

I've been a reader of Stitched In Color for a while now, and I think her mosaic contests are fun, but I've never entered one...till now.  Here's my submission for the contest.

I named it Wild Structure as that was the contrast that developed in my fabric choices.

  1. Your mosaic immediately caught my eye as I was scrolling down the list. It is very well-balanced indeed. I thought it was also funny that we both liked the Tula Pink Chipper Foxes. And what is even MORE interesting is that we are neighbors! I am in Rock Hill, just down the road from you...SMALL WORLD! Nice to run into you in blogland, and hope to again :)
    Have a great day,

    1. Well, howdy, neighbor!! :) Thank you for your comment...it means a lot as this was my first time dipping my toes in the water, so to speak. Tula is so awesome, I just couldn't resist having her in my mosaic. Fingers crossed that we get picked and win these awesome fabrics. ;)

  2. The choice of colors reminded me of ripe summer melon.
